Pastor Eli

My name is Eliezer Roque, but many people find it easier to call me Eli. I am a District Pastor for the Rocky Mountain Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. I have the privilege of serving the Adventist churches in Fruita, Palisade, Rifle, and Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

To connect with each congregation, I rotate my preaching schedule. You can typically find me at the Rifle church on the 1st Saturday of the month, Fruita on the 2nd, Palisade on the 3rd, and Glenwood Springs on the 4th. I strive to be present with each church every week.

My journey in full-time ministry began after graduating from Union College, where I met my wonderful wife, Emy. Today, we parent two daughters. They both love nature, art, and music. Emy is also a talented writer, photographer, and social media manager. I completed my Master of Divinity at the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary in Michigan and have been part of the Rocky Mountain Conference team since 2017.

My ultimate desire in ministry is to guide and support people on their spiritual journeys, and help prepare hearts for the Lord's return.
